Orders are normally dispatched within one working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

A carrier-calculated DHL Commerce service may also be available. The price and estimated transit time for this service are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details.

Delivery Estimates

Customs and Import Charges

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly shown as included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

Please contact us as soon as possible if an order is late, missing, incomplete or damaged. Keep the original packaging and take photographs of any visible damage, as these may be needed when investigating the delivery.

We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person nominated by you, takes physical possession of them. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
